- Kangaroo leather, 1.0 mm thick and highly wear-resistant. Kangaroo leather is characterized
by finer hide fibers, stronger skin-fiber interlacing and a more closely meshed structure
of the hide as such, so it is both stronger and lighter than cowhide leather.
The DoubleR suit is therefore approximately 20% lighter than comparable cowhide-leather
suits.
- Black leather with TFL® Cool technology (protects against heat rise when suit and wearer
are in the sun).
- Large perforated leather surfaces at the chest, back and upper arms for first-class ventilation.
- Stretch leather at shoulders, sides and seat and above the knees.
- Stretch Kevlar at sleeves, crotch, back of knees and calves of the legs.
- Back liner made of special spacer fabric for good ventilation and body-side air flow at the
back protector.
- Seams stitched with high-strength, durable Serafil filament, double-stitched; seams that
could be affected if the motorcycle is dropped are protected flat seams.
- NP protectors (not removable) at shoulders, elbows, thighs and knees. With maximum impact-
absorbing properties, certified to EN 1621.
- Removable back protector 3, extra-long to protect the entire spinal column. With maximum
impact-absorbing properties, certified to EN 1621-2.
- Collarbone extra-well protected by integrated, impact-absorbing material.
- INOX stainless-steel sliders injected in plastic at shoulders and elbows distribute load
peaks through to the NP protectors below and support the ability to slide in the event of a
fall.
- Rigid-plastic sliders at the knees (replaceable, tried-and-tested attachment by Velcro fasteners).
- With back hump typical for this class of riding.
- Trunk, sleeves and legs with pronounced forward curvature (more pronounced than the Sport
suit) for optimized fit when rider assumes typical racing posture.

- Back and palm: 100% kangaroo leather, approx. 7 mm thick, color-fast and perspirationproof.
- To avoid seams, the complete back and palm are each cut from a single piece of
leather.
- Skate leather to protect the edge of the hand and as doubling at the ball of the palm.
(The grainy surface makes skate leather extremely tough and wear-resistant; it is very flexible
and slides well.)
- Suprotec® foam and Kevlar® reinforcements offer extra protection.
- Seams are very flat lap seams; all seam transitions at the fingers are toward the outside (so
no uncomfortably obtrusive seam beads).
- Knuckle protector made of carbon-Kevlar® in 3 different sizes for perfect fit (small up to
size 7½, medium for sizes 8 to 10½, large for size 11 and bigger).
- From fingertips all the way through to the wristlet, backed with impact-absorbing Suprotec® foam of varying thickness to suit the various parts of the glove.
- Kevlar liner.

against the kinds of severe injury to the small finger that can result from a bad fall.
- Hand edges have optimum protection in the form of leather doublings in skate leather, with
Suprotec® foam backing.
- Long wristlet with anatomically molded rigid-plastic shell to protect the rider's wrist
- Large impact-absorbing Suprotec® foam backing pads to protect the knuckles.
